Freelance Email + E-Comm Coordinator (Figma / Klaviyo / Shopify)

About the Role

We’re looking for a freelance, remote coordinator to support our creative and web team on a retainer basis. This role bridges design, email, and e-commerce execution—helping us keep projects moving smoothly across channels.

What You’ll Do

• Build and schedule approved emails in Klaviyo
  
• Assist with Shopify site maintenance (image uploads, theme admin updates, content support—no coding required)
  
• Work in Figma to manage and implement approved designs
  
• Collaborate with our developer to ensure smooth site updates
  
• Stay organized and help manage project timelines; potential to take on light project management
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Klaviyo, Shopify, and Figma
  
• Eye for design (bonus if you’ve worked as a designer)
  
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  
• Strong communicator with a proactive approach
